How to order from us- EcobikeUSA Order Page


We do not use a shopping cart website .   You can't get anything from us without talking to us first, or with an e-mail conversation.   We realize ordering from us that way can be inconvenient, but it also prevents costly problems with fraud online!    If you should have trouble calling in, please e-mail manager@ecobikeusa.com  with what you are interested in?  We'll call, or e-mail you  to verify your order and a delivered price if we have enough information! We are always glad to answer any questions about Motofino high quality and durable Motor Scooters! Thanks.

When you call your order in, we will verify what you are ordering, and the price. We will get your name, the address we are to ship to, and your telephone number for the FedEx driver. We will also get an e-mail address for you to coordinate your order, and send you any updates that may apply to you! We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

  Ways to pay: You can pay by Credit Card.  Or, you can always pay with only a U.S. Postal Money Order too. manager@ecobikeusa.  Please include your telephone contact number. Thanks, we'll get it going! Note that we onty accept U.S. Postal Money Orders . This is because if we deposit other type money orders, and they bounce, the bank charges us $35.00.  Sometimes That is more than the profit on a part item, and more than the cost of some parts!

How we ship stuff:
 Scooters are always shipped and delivered by Fedex.  Parts shipped overseas to Troops  at APO's, or FPO's come by USPS with Delivery Confirmation from ECOBIKEUSA.  Otherwise, everything comes to you from the Motofino National Warehouse in Augusta, Georgia prepaid from ZIP code 30309, and is shipped FedEx, or UPS,  Ground only.

EcobikeUSA Motofino uses Flat Rate Shipping to your door by FedEX ground or, UPS. Right now,
