We do not use a shopping cart website.  You can not get anything from us without talking to us first, or with an e-mail conversation.   We realize ordering from us that way can be inconvenient, but it also prevents costly problems online.  We have fewer people and resorces now too!  If you should have trouble calling in, please e-mail manager@ ecobikeusa.com  with what you are interested in?  We'll call, or e-mail you  to verify your order and a delivered price if we have enough information! Thanks.

 About coordination information, or documents  - All other related information about your scooter purchase details, including the Freight Bill of Lading Document, is mailed to you within hours or as soon as your order is is released to the system. Your purchase receipt, title documents and other information is mailed to you from the National Motofino Warehouse, 2167 Gordon Highway, Augusta, GA 30909.  Motofino Warehouse people can be reached at 706-733-1355, or Fax 706-733-1357. Ways to pay: You can pay by Credit Card, or Paypal.  Or, you can always pay with only a U.S. Postal Money Order too. To use Paypal, E-mail manager@ecobikeusa. We will send you a detailed invoice you can pay. Please include your telephone contact number. Thanks, we'll get it going!

How we ship stuff:
 Scooters are alway shipped and delivered by Fedex.  Parts from us come by USPS with Delivery Confirmation if it is in stock at the time at ECOBIKEUSA.  Otherwise, If your item is not in stock here, it comes to you from  the Motofino National Warehouse in Augusta, Georgia prepaid from ZIP code 30309, and is shipped FedEx Ground.
